Nicholas Clarke attended Ficino School from Year 0 – Year 8. It was fantastic for us to hear about his journey through Auckland Grammar School and hear about the Grammar Scholars Assembly where he was presented with a Premier Scholars Award by the Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon. There are only eight of these awarded across New Zealand, and Nicholas has been invited to collect the official award at a ceremony in Wellington.

He received 5 awards at the Scholars Assembly – 3 outstanding scholarships and 2 scholarships – an amazing feat. He is shortly moving into the Halls of Residence at The University of Auckland where he will be studying a conjoint Law and Arts degree (LLB/BA).

Despite his hectic school and extra-curricular schedule, Nicholas has been more than willing to share his experiences at Ficino School with prospective parents and explain how it helped him develop the skills needed to succeed at secondary school. We wish him all the very best and look forward to hearing how his university studies go.
