Independent Schools Of New Zealand
Ficino School belongs to a group of 44 innovative and successful schools, educating over 25,000 young students each year. These schools range from preschool to year 13 and provide either co-educational learning environments or provide for boys and girls separately. Some are newly established, and some have now celebrated over 150 years of developing fine young New Zealanders. The Ficino School Principal, Board Members and teachers participate in annual conferences and other professional development aspects of the Association.
The Association Of Cambridge Schools In New Zealand (INC) (ACSNZ)
ACSNZ is made up of schools registered to offer the University of Cambridge International Examinations. ACSNZ provides a network of support for member schools and keeps them informed about developments related to Cambridge. The Cambridge Primary Programme is for students Years 1-6 and the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme for students Years 7-9. Ficino School incorporates parts of these programmes into its curriculum.
