We are pleased to announce that we have secured two part-time teacher-aides to replace Miss Sonia. You will be happy to hear that the first is well known to us, Mrs. Leah Corbett. Mrs. Corbett is a fully registered NZ teacher. She has been a class teacher at Ficino in recent years and your children will enjoy her cheerful disposition and vast knowledge base. Our second teacher-aide is Mrs. Maire Crawford. Mrs. Crawford has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a wealth of experience with young children as a Mainly Music leader, choir co-ordinator and mum of three. Mrs. Crawford will be in the classroom next Monday and Tuesday to learn the routines with Miss Sonia. Mrs. Crawford and Mrs. Corbett will officially start on Monday 3rd March.
