Learning leadership skills not only benefits children’s development, it also helps their interactions with others. By assuming responsibility, students demonstrate a willingness to help others, to listen empathetically, and to make sound decisions. 

Although leadership skills are taught at all levels, a number of our Year 8 students are selected to take on formal leadership roles within Ficino School.
