Cultural Festival

Last Sunday, we hosted a festival showcasing the different cultures of our school community. It was a fun afternoon, with Ficino families, friends, staff and even some alumni coming together to sample an array of delicious treats, activities and performances from around the globe.

Visitors had the opportunity to try their hand at a variety of things including Scottish country dancing, Chinese woodblock printing, marshal arts and even New Zealand gumboot throwing. Refreshments on offer ranged from bubble tea and dumplings to lassi and scones and it was wonderful to see so many students sharing their cultural traditions with friends.
