A Ficino School project received an award of Highly Commended at the annual NIWA Auckland Science and Technology Fair.
This event lets our senior students test their scientific and technological investigation methods and produce projects which adhere to strict scientific guidelines.
Ficino School students prepared their projects initially for the school Science Fair in July and from these entries three projects were selected for entry into the respected NIWA Auckland Science Fair 2015 held in August.
Well done to our students for producing excellent investigative projects. Having the opportunity to practice scientific methods of inquiry provides valuable experience for our students who will be looking forward to next year’s challenge.
