Ficino School Students Make Every Beat Count at Jump Rope for Heart

Ficino School once again participated in the Jump Rope for Heart programme run by the Heart Foundation. The aim of the programme is to promote the importance of lifelong physical activity and heart health through a range of skipping skills and lessons.

Our students embraced the opportunity to improve their skills by setting goals and completing skipping challenges, such as a Skip-a-thon. As well as having fun at the Jump Off Day our students raised funds to support the Heart Foundation.
